Amethyst Scepter from Veracruz, Mexico

From a recent find in Veracruz, Mexico here is a fantastic Amethyst Scepter on matrix! This tall scepter has a head that is 4.6cm long, and on the matrix are numerous other smaller amethyst crystals. This wonderfully aesthetic specimen has excellent transparency and luster, and the condition is superb with no damage to the big scepter. The only broken crystals are the ones on the edge where it was trimmed. 

The specimen comes on a custom Greenstone Mineral Base.
