Some of the world's most beautiful Calcite / Quartz / Pyrite combos are coming from the Trepca Mine in Kosovo, and this specimen is no exception. The bulk of the mass comes from the solid Pyrrhotite core which has a surface of pure, golden Pyrite. However, the main feature is the calcite head on top. Below the calcite are white Quartz crystals along with very dark and large Sphalerite crystals. This is a gorgeous combo specimen with amazing aesthetics! The camera doesn't do it justice because it is so hard to capture the shiny, sparkly look of it. The condition is perfect. 

The specimen comes with a labeled acrylic display base.
