Dioptase Vug from DR Congo

The photos don't even come close to doing this specimen justice! This dioptase vug is absolutely amazing in person, but the camera just cannot pickup the actual dark-green color and the 3D depth of the specimen. This is a bird's nest shaped vug of dark green dioptase with particularly dark green crystals in the center. It is covered with dioptase on all sides with crystals up to 1.7cm long.

This specimen comes with a custom display base.
