Fluorite on Quartz from Pasto Bueno, Peru

Here's something rather unusual from Peru: Green octahedral fluorite on Quartz. This large quartz cluster has two very nice green fluorite crystals on it. The fluorite octahedrons have a stepped growth pattern, and they are very gemmy. The quartz is a combination of clear and milky quartz. Towards the bottom are sprays of smaller quartz crystals while the large ones are most dominant. Most of the quartz crystals are terminated with some broken off. The fluorite crystals are perfect with do damage.

The specimen comes with a custom display base.
