Huge Spessartine Garnet w/ Muscovite on Dolomite from Pakistan

This is one of our favorite garnet specimens! The photos do not do it justice because it person it's a total "Wow!" piece. For starters, the primary Garnet is huge! It measures 4.5cm wide, and there are many smaller garnets scattered around. Surrounding the garnet is some really aesthetic and shiny Muscovite. The garnets and muscovite site on a thick, white dolomite matrix. You simply do not see Spessartines in a combo like this! Also, the studio lights cause some internal refractions to appear in the garnet making it harder to appreciate in the photos, but to the naked eye you can see the garnet's facets much more clearly and it appears much more uniform. 

The specimen comes with a custom display base.
