Pyrite & Magnetite from Brosso Mine, Italy

This is an extremely good and old specimen from the Brosso Mine in Italy! It is very rare to find a pyrite specimen of this size from this locality, especially with such good aesthetics. Here we have dozens of octahedral pyrite crystals up to 1.9cm in size alongside some rather large, black magnetite crystals up to 1.4cm in size. What is difficult to see in the 2D photo is hope the pyrite cluster on the top overhangs down - you can see it more clearly in the profile photos. Excellent condition with no damage that we could find. 

The specimen comes with a labeled acrylic display base.
