Quartz "Snow" on Fluorite

First of all, the photos don't really do this piece justice - a 2D photo just can't capture how awesome this specimen is! What we have here are several large fluorite octahedrons that are completely covered in a snow-like layer of white quartz. The fluorite octahedrons are up to 6.7cm on the longest edge.  They have a very slight green and pink color to them. Other than the contact area on the bottom where you can see the exposed fluorite, the rest of the specimen is completely covered with the white quartz, and there is no damage on any of the quartz surfaces. 

The specimen comes with a custom acrylic display base.
