Smoky Quartz & Adularia from Switzerland

Once again the photos do not do this specimen justice. This is easily the best alpine smoky quartz specimen that we've ever had, and you really have to see it in person to fully appreciate it. The condition of the smoky quartz, the color, and the aesthetics are just amazing! The two big crystals are leaning over a bed of blue-greenish Adularia, and the matrix that it's all on appears to be a quartz conglomerate. The terminations are super-sharp. You can see a crack at the base of the quartz, but we do not believe this is a repair as the crystals are all intergrown and connected and the crack doesn't go through all of them.
